October 2024 - Extra Menu X Les Ateliers Jean Brillant

Les Ateliers Jean Brillant are opening their doors to Menu Extra for an exceptional hidden table on October 11 and 12.

An 8-course menu to discover in the heart of the sculptor's studios and through a scenography directly inspired by his world and his practice where the patina of his exhibited works will be highlighted in a poetic chiaroscuro. An unprecedented culinary experience awaits you in this place that inspires contemplation and discovery.

Our chef Francis is preparing a menu celebrating the harvest season, featuring turnips, pumpkins, and beets. In addition to the abundance of root vegetables, the team will offer game birds, Quebec's finest seafood, and precious citrus fruits from Île Jésus. For the occasion, we will be pleased to serve a wine pairing from here and elsewhere, featuring a series of carefully selected bottles from our cellar.
