August 2023 - Extra Menu x Jean-Talon Market

Our summer of vibrant collaborations continues as we are pleased to announce four gastronomic evenings in the heart of the Jean-Talon Market, from August 24 to 27, 2023. The team will present a twelve-course menu, showcasing seasonal produce, paired with carefully aged wines from the cellar.

This unique gathering place, synonymous with sharing, abundance and freshness, will host a menu prepared with fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, fish and spices from local producers.

We want to highlight the incredible work of these behind-the-scenes actors, allowing us to elevate our profession into an art. The passion and perseverance of producers, farmers, and farmers inspires us eternally and without them, gastronomy is impossible.

It is therefore with a desire to celebrate and present them that we invite around fifty people to the market mezzanine, the legendary location for the filming of the show Des kiwis et des hommes, to come and experience a harvest festival.

We would like to warmly thank La Tablée Des Chefs who are lending us their kitchen for the occasion.

Here are the dates when Menu Extra X Marché Jean-Talon will be held:

- Saturday August 26
- Sunday August 27

The evening will begin at 6 p.m.
