Menu Extra X Domaine du Nival

The Menu Extra brigade welcomes you to the Domaine du Nival for a legendary evening.

For the occasion, chefs Francis Blais and Camilo offer you a twelve-course menu perfectly paired with wines from the estate located in the village of Saint-Louis, in Montérégie. In addition to opening their doors for the very first time to such a collaboration, winegrowers Matthieu and Fannie will draw from their cellar to offer a few exclusively aged cuvées, to the delight of our sommelier Alexis!

We are waiting for you at the estate at 5:30 p.m. for a visit to the vines. Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m.
