November 2023 - Extra Menu x Pinard & Filles

After a summer season on the road, we are very pleased to invite you back to our Mile End location for the grand return of the Hidden Tables on November 3 and 4 at 7 p.m. And for the occasion, we are offering you a grand celebration of Quebec wines by welcoming none other than Frédéric and Catherine from the Pinard & Filles estate. Our chef Francis will present you with a twelve-course tasting menu perfectly paired with the exceptional vintages offered by the vineyard.

The winemaking duo will be on hand to present some of their greatest vintages in magnum format, specially preserved for these two evenings. Here is the list of wines served during the event:

For Francis and Alexis, it is a real pleasure to think of a menu in harmony with identity wines like those of Pinard & Filles. Their varied and unique vintages invite a creative and precise gastronomy. Seasonal products will coexist with summer flavors preserved in the form of preserves and aromatic oils.

$325 per person, food and wine included.
