At Menu Extra, the love of wine is everywhere. Wine is the foundation of our menus, guiding Francis and Alexis to precise pairings. It is the beginning of our conversations, the destination of our travels, and the catalyst for true connections.

It is therefore with pleasure that we announce the hidden table of June 14 and 15, 2024 with Joris Gutierrez Garcia, another wine lover, many times decorated sommelier and great friend of the team.

Joris was recently crowned Canada's Best Sommelier, the culmination of all his research and training. Currently at the restaurant Le Club Chasse et Pêche, he continues to educate the metropolis' gastronomes about the wonderful world of wine, one bottle at a time. His love of wine combined with his ocean of knowledge make him an outstanding sommelier and teacher.

For the occasion, we decided to open our cellar and create a tasting menu in harmony with real gems! Joris, Francis and Alexis offer you a culinary and wine journey. In your glasses, you will find wines from Philippe Pacalet, François Raveneau, Jacques Puffeney and Fanny Sabre, among others.

To accompany these wine giants, we offer you the best of Quebec: corn, white asparagus, clams, chanterelles and more. Join us for a great evening of fun, discovery and creativity.
