August 2024 - Extra Menu X Jules St-Cyr

It is with pleasure that we announce the hidden tables of August 2 and 3, 2024 with Jules Saint-Cyr, an exceptional chef!

We will find Jules in our brigade once again, at the best time of the year! Discover an 8-course menu designed around seasonal vegetables such as corn, fava beans, courgette flowers and tomatoes.

For the occasion, we will have the pleasure of serving wines from here and elsewhere, notably from Jean-Pierre Robinot, Pinard & Filles, Très Précieux Sang and Domaine Monier Perréol.

After working with us at Le Mousso restaurant in Montreal and at Menu Extra, Jules embarked on a long culinary journey around the world, including at Noma restaurant and 108 in Copenhagen, Ernst in Berlin, and Ensue in Shenzhen. In these renowned establishments, he refined his techniques and forged a culinary style based on the concept of ultra-seasonality, pure flavors and the choice of quality products.

Here are the dates when the Menu Extra x Jules St-Cyr hidden table will be held:

- Friday August 2, 2024
- Saturday August 3, 2024

Dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m.

$225 per person, food and wine included.
