Hodgson, VDF Rablay, Les Aussigouins, 2020

Kenji and Mai Hodgson, originally from Canada, moved to France in 2009 to begin their life(gne) project. Already familiar with winemaking and viticulture, they chose to work biodynamically from their first vintage. All the vintages are delicious, but I have a penchant for Chenin Blanc. This one is ripe, with aromas of baked pear and honey.
