After several years working as Jean-Yves Bizot's "right-hand man" in Vosne-Romanée, Marc Soyard had the opportunity to take over Domaine de la Cras. Here we have his latest experience: macerating Pinot Blanc! This orange wine is very floral, balanced with aromas of nectarine and bergamot. With a solid tannic structure, it's a great wine to pair with a variety of dishes.
