When Gideon and Saron took over this small estate, they quickly realized they were in a unique microclimate. Unlike most of California, this cool location is conducive to harvesting more northern vines like Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Planted straight up, without intervention, the wines are one of the finest reflections of a more natural and more typical approach to viticulture.
