Domaine Marcoux, VDF Rhône, Wolf grape, 2021

Located in the heart of the Rhône, the Marcoux estate works with a multitude of ancient plots. This extremely rare cuvée is made with Clairette rose, a somewhat forgotten grape variety! So few bottles are filled (800) that the majority of this wine ends up in Quebec. So here we have a well-balanced wine, with a persistent roundness, aromas of honey, pear and hawthorn.
