In the heart of the Baden region, there's a wine hermit. Stefan Vetter always impresses me with the precision of his wines, proving to the world the quality of his terroir. Quebec received 12 of these bottles, and Menu Extra is proud to have three to share with pure wine lovers. This cuvée comes from the oldest Sylvaner vines (90 years old) and is cultivated biodynamically. With this almost infinite persistence of minerality, the Rosenrain cuvée is comparable to the great Chablis vintages.
