The Lieux Communs project, led by four friends, is one of the most interesting on the Canadian wine scene. Before planting their own vines, the young artisans decided to experiment with different grape varieties, techniques, and containers. They are the first to establish their winery on the island of Montreal, as true urban winemakers. Always in search of the best grapes, Guillaume, Dan, Thibaud, and Laurent sourced magnificent Rieslings from Beamsville, Ontario, to ensure perfect ripeness and fruit. This wine therefore presents fresh acidity and aromas of peach, wildflowers, and thyme.
