Ochota Barrels, Adelaide hills, the price of silence, 2021

Inspired by the young biodynamic winemakers of France, this young punk couple moved to South Australia to create a sensitive and precise vineyard. Their more natural approach contrasts with the majority of winemakers in the region, spending much of their time in the vineyards and tastings rather than in the laboratory. This cuvée is made from perfectly harvested Gamay grapes, with flavors of crisp strawberries and fresh herbs.
