Club de Jus is a project by Montreal friends, seeking to create unique and avant-garde collaborative vintages with winemakers from all over the world! During a stay in Ontario, they met David Eagle, a South African who brilliantly cultivates organic vineyards. After tasting several delicious products, they decided to try a slightly zany blend: Cabernet Franc with Riesling and Muscat. The result? An aromatic, fresh, floral, and delicious wine to drink with a big ray of sunshine.
