Jean-Marie Berrux, Burgundy, No gu, 2020

After spending several years in Paris working in advertising, Jean-Marie abandoned marketing campaigns for the Burgundy countryside. Armed with his oenology degree, he purchased 1.5 hectares of vineyards in Meursault and began organic viticulture. Since the wines are never aged in new barrels, the juices are vibrant and delicate, lacking the robustness and woody character of their neighbors.
