Preferring wines with more freshness, the vintages are always representative of specific soils and grape varieties. The Le Fruit du hasard cuvée is a blend of Carignan and Syrah on schist marl, allowing the wine to express notes of fresh blueberry, wild thyme, and cooked raspberries.
