When Gideon and Saron took over this small estate, they quickly realized they were in a unique microclimate. Unlike most of California, this cool location is ideal for harvesting more northern-oriented vines like Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Planted ungrafted, with no intervention, the wines are one of the finest examples of a more natural and authentic approach to viticulture.
