In the middle of the Baden region there is a wine hermit. Stefan Vetter always impresses me with the precision of his wines, proving the quality of his terroir to the whole world. Quebec received 12 of these bottles, Menu Extra is proud to have 3 to share with lovers of pure wines. This cuvée comes from the oldest vines of Sylvaner (90 years old) and worked in biodynamics. With this almost infinite persistence on the minerality, the Rosenrain cuvée is comparable to the great vintages of Chablis.
