In northern Spain, near the ocean, the Parera family quickly became the ones to follow when it comes to biodynamic viticulture. Following the vagaries of mother nature, the team manages to make magnificent wines made from grape varieties native to the region. This cuvée (Sumoll, Monastrell, Ull de Lebre, etc.) reveals aromas of fresh and crisp red fruits, almost sweet, to conclude with present tannins and this floral persistence.
