Walking along the northern coast of Spain, these marathon runners enjoyed this seafood in every sauce, giving them the strength they needed to achieve enlightenment. The Menu Extra team invites you to reach this ray of providence with our version of this legendary dish.

Two scallops with scallop and northern shrimp, surrounded by mashed potato and Louis-D'or cheese.

ASPARAGUS WITH HAM
Grilled green asparagus from Quebec, ham, parsley and pickle vinaigrette.
