Menu Extra arrives in Quebec City
We will indeed have the pleasure of welcoming you at the restaurant La Tanière3 in Quebec City, on October 21, 22, 23 and 24. Located in an extraordinary place, the mythical restaurant invites its guests to live a creative, unique and evolving gastronomic experience, detached from déjà vu.
Through the mysterious vaults of the experiential restaurant, chefs Francis Blais and Camilo Lapointe-Nascimento and sommelier Alexis Demers will present a seasonal gastronomic menu, available in 12 courses, in ultimate symbiosis with the Quebec City team, headed by François Emmanuel Nicol and Roxan Bourdelais.
Building on the success of our previous gastronomic events at the Pinard et Filles vineyard (Austin, Estrie), Fragments (Ripon, Outaouais) and Les Pervenches vineyard (Farnham, Montérégie), Menu Extra will this time organize four evenings from October 21 to 24, 2021, during which 50 people can be welcomed in the heart of the vaults of the Lair3.
This precious collaboration between Menu Extra and La Tanière3 not only concretizes the intention Menu Extra to make its gastronomy travel, but also serves as a preview of the arrival of gourmet ready-to-bake dishes in the old capital.
